Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Frontline IAS, we aim to deliver high-quality educational content to every student. However, since our courses involve digital and downloadable content, we maintain a strict refund policy as outlined below.

1. General Policy

  • Fees once paid for any online course, test series, or study material are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Refunds are only considered in the following exceptional cases:

    • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

    • Transaction failure where payment is deducted but access is not granted.

2. Refund Procedure

If your case meets the criteria:

  • Email your refund request to support@frontlineias.com within 7 days of payment.

  • Include payment proof (screenshot or transaction ID).

  • Once verified, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Course enrollment cannot be cancelled once access to digital content (videos, notes, or tests) has been provided.

  • In case of cancellation from Frontline IAS’s side (e.g., due to technical failure or administrative reason), a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Course Modification

Frontline IAS reserves the right to:

  • Modify or update course structure, duration, or faculty.

  • Replace or discontinue specific modules or sessions if necessary.
